These terms are a starting point for a lawyer to review before real users rely on them — not legal advice, and not a finished contract.

Terms of service

Last updated: 2 September 2026

What this is

Tourbook is a tour-management console for booking agencies: a roster and show console with financials, a live tour map, single-link advancing for promoters, a read-only portal for artists and managers, and a public page per artist. These terms cover your use of it. Tourbook is operated by Tourbook Agency, 28 rue Le Bua, 75020 Paris, France.

Your account

Keep your login credentials to yourself. You’re responsible for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think it’s been compromised.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Tourbook to store or send anything illegal, to harass anyone, or to try to break, scrape, or overload the service. Don’t share a promoter form link or tour-book share link with anyone who shouldn’t have it — those links carry real contact and schedule information.

Your data stays yours

Everything your agency enters — artists, shows, financials, tourbook details, and anything a promoter submits back to you — belongs to your agency. We don’t claim ownership of it, and we don’t sell it. You can ask us to export or delete it at any time; see the privacy policy for how.

Public pages

Marking a show “confirmed” publishes it on that artist’s public page, which is indexable by search engines: date, city, country, venue, and ticket link, alongside the artist name, bio, links, and logo your agency has set up. Financials, rider files, promoter contact details, and internal notes are never made public. Publishing anything through Tourbook is your agency’s decision — check it’s accurate and that you’re allowed to share it before confirming a show.

Availability

Tourbook is in active development. We don’t guarantee it will always be available, bug-free, or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features. If losing something would be a real problem, keep a copy of it outside the product too.

No warranty

Tourbook is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including any warranty that it will be fit for a particular purpose or free of defects.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Tourbook Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including lost bookings, lost revenue, or lost data.

Note for legal review: this clause needs proper drafting, including whether a liability cap is appropriate for this business and jurisdiction.

Termination

We can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or misuses the service. You can stop using Tourbook and ask us to delete your agency’s data at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. We’ll update the date at the top when we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.

Note for legal review: confirm competent courts and add a dispute-resolution clause.
